Precautions for Safe Operation

Ensure proper positioning for effective breaking force. Incorrect positioning reduces hammering energy.
Avoid excessive positioning that may cause the machine to tilt forward when rocks break.
Do not hammer when vibrations may transmit to the base machine's tracks.
Align boom force direction with the rod and maintain vertical hammering surface.
Never use the breaker rod to move rocks - use stone claws instead.
Avoid sweeping debris with the breaker to prevent premature wear.
Do not operate with components submerged in water/mud without proper modifications.
Prevent the breaker from falling onto rocks to avoid damage.
Avoid operating at full cylinder extension/retraction to prevent carrier damage.
Never use the breaker for lifting - lifting eyes are for maintenance only.
Warm up the machine for 5-10 minutes before operation, especially in cold conditions.
Stop operation if hoses vibrate abnormally and inspect immediately.
Avoid blank hammering to prevent component wear and warranty voidance.
Operate at specified engine speed - excessive speed increases oil temperature without improving performance.
