Our hydraulic breakers are compatible with various carriers, ranging from 50kg to over 10,000kg operating weights. Advanced features include self-lubricating systems, sound/vibration damping technology, automatic rock hardness adjustment, energy recovery mechanisms, and robust construction.

Safety Operation Guidelines

Position the breaker correctly for effective breaking force. Incorrect positioning reduces piston hammering energy.
Avoid excessive positioning that raises the machine's front, which may cause sudden forward tilting upon rock breakage.
Prevent hammering conditions that transmit vibrations to the base machine tracks.
Align boom force with the rod direction and maintain vertical hammering surfaces to prevent rod slippage.
Never use the breaker rod to move rocks - use designated stone claws instead.
Avoid sweeping debris with the breaker to prevent premature housing wear.
Do not operate with submerged components (except rod) - consult for underwater modifications.
Prevent breaker falls onto rocks to avoid damage to both breaker and carrier.
Never operate with carrier cylinders at full extension/retraction limits.
Breaker lifting eyes are for maintenance only - never use for load lifting.

Additional Safety Notes:

Warm up the machine for 5-10 minutes before operation, especially in cold conditions.
Stop operation if hoses vibrate abnormally and contact JISAN dealer.
Avoid blank hammering which accelerates component wear and may void warranties.
Operate at specified engine speeds - excessive RPM increases oil temperature without improving performance.
