Our hydraulic hammers are compatible with any carrier type, with operating weights ranging from 50kg to over 10,000kg. Advanced features include self-lubricating systems, sound/vibration damping, automatic rock hardness adjustment, and energy recovery technology.

Precautions for Safe Operation

Apply proper position for effective breaking force. Incorrect positioning weakens hammering energy.
Avoid excessive positioning that may cause sudden forward tilting when rocks break.
Do not hammer when vibrations may transmit to the base machine tracks.
Align boom force with the rod direction and keep hammering surface as vertical as possible.
Never use the breaker rod to move rocks - use stone claws instead.
Avoid sweeping debris with the breaker to prevent premature wear.
Do not operate when components (except rod) are submerged in water/mud.
Prevent the breaker from falling onto rocks to avoid damage.
Never operate with carrier cylinders at full extension/retraction.
Do not use breaker rods for lifting - lifting eyes are for maintenance only.

Warm-up Procedure: Always warm up the machine for 5-10 minutes (30-40°C) before operation, especially in cold conditions. Begin with light loads after warming hydraulic oil sufficiently.

Important Notes: Stop operation if hoses vibrate abnormally. Avoid blank hammering as it accelerates wear. Operate at specified engine speeds - excessive RPM increases oil temperature without improving performance.
