Safety Operation Precautions

Apply proper positioning for effective breaking force - incorrect positioning reduces hammering efficiency
Avoid excessive positioning that may cause machine instability when rocks break
Do not hammer under conditions where vibrations may transmit to machine tracks
Align boom force with rod direction and maintain vertical hammering surface
Never use breaker rod to move rocks - use proper stone claws instead
Avoid using breaker to sweep debris as this accelerates wear
Do not operate with components submerged in water/mud without proper modifications
Prevent breaker from falling onto rocks to avoid damage
Avoid operating at full cylinder extension/retraction limits
Never use breaker or rods for lifting - lifting eyes are for maintenance only
Warm up machine properly before operation, especially in cold conditions
Stop operation if hoses show abnormal vibration
Avoid blank hammering which accelerates component wear
Operate at specified engine speed - excessive speed increases oil temperature
