Safety Operation Guidelines
1. Proper Positioning: Ensure correct breaker position for effective force application. Incorrect positioning results in weak hammering energy.
2. Avoid Excessive Force: Over-extension may cause sudden forward tilting when rocks break, potentially damaging equipment.
3. Vibration Control: Avoid hammering conditions that transmit excessive vibrations to the carrier's tracks.
4. Correct Hammering Technique: Maintain vertical hammering surface alignment. Oblique surfaces may cause rod slippage and damage.
5. Proper Tool Usage: Never use the breaker rod to move rocks - use designated stone claws instead.
6. Avoid Debris Sweeping: Do not use the breaker to sweep ground debris as this accelerates wear.
7. Water Exposure: Avoid operating with components submerged in water/mud unless specially modified for underwater use.
8. Equipment Protection: Prevent the breaker from falling onto rocks to avoid impact damage.
9. Cylinder Limits: Never operate with carrier cylinders at full extension/retraction limits.
10. Lifting Restrictions: Breaker lifting eyes are for maintenance only - never use for load lifting.
11. Warm-up Procedure: Always warm up the machine for 5-10 minutes (30-40°C) before operation, especially in cold conditions.
12. Hose Inspection: Immediately stop operation if hoses show abnormal vibration and contact JISAN support.
13. Blank Hammering: Avoid prolonged blank hammering as it accelerates wear and may void warranties.
14. Optimal RPM: Operate at specified engine speeds - excessive RPM increases oil temperature without improving performance.
