Although the quality of steel chisel is guaranteed, due to its changeable working environment or unreasonable use method, faults will occur, which will directly affect the operation effect. 

What should we pay attention to when using ? 

1. Pay attention to the use of strength. The crushing efficiency of drill steel can be improved by using proper downward force.

2. Adjust the position of the crushing hammer. When the impact operation of the crushing hammer cannot break the rock, the crushing operation shall not continue in the same position, but shall be moved to the new operation position. If you work in the same position for a long time, the temperature of the drill steel will rise, reducing its hardness, and the lower end of the drill steel will curl up, thus reducing the working efficiency.

3. In the case of working in water, no part of the hydraulic hammer shall be submerged until the equipment working in water is allocated.

4. Before leaving the device, lower the forearm to confirm whether the device is in a safe state. When the engine starts, do not leave the equipment. All brakes and locking devices must be used effectively.

If used for a long time, the drill pipe of the crushing hammer will roll out of shape under it. If the end of the drill pipe wears away, the drill pipe will slide easily. In this case, the ends of the drill steel will be sharply polished and the hardness of the drill steel will be reduced after repeated polishing.
