In this state, the working vibration will be transmitted to the walking part of the excavator loader. In order to protect the walking part, the working in this state should be avoided.
3. Precautions during Hydraulic Breaker operation: install protective net to avoid crushing the glass of excavator loader and injuring operators. When the hose vibrates violently, stop the operation. If the crushing hammer hose vibrates violently, it may be a fault, it should be checked in time to avoid damaging the hammer body parts. Avoid air strikes. When the object is broken, air strike should be avoided. If the air strike continues, the bolt of the crushing hammer will become loose or break, and even the excavator loader will be adversely affected.
4, the Hydraulic Breaker flexible and correct operation: for relatively hard large stone, can be broken at the edge of its first, to avoid damage to the hammer body. The Hydraulic Breaker should be operated at the appropriate engine speed. Do not let the Hydraulic Breaker directly fall down to hit the gravel, otherwise the crushing hammer and excavator loader will bear too much force and easily cause component damage.
