The hydraulic rock breaker is related to nitrogen in two parts, the upper cylinder is responsible for storing low-pressure nitrogen, and the accumulator in the middle cylinder is responsible for letting nitrogen play its role. Accumulator internal filled with nitrogen gas, is the use of hydraulic hammer blow in the last, the remaining energy and the piston recoil energy stored up, to blow again release energy at the same time, increase the strike capability, usually in the hammer itself short of install accumulator blow energy, to increase the force of crushing machine.
Once the amount of nitrogen is insufficient, the kinetic energy generated after its compression will also be weakened, and the crushing hammer will be unable to strike. If nitrogen is added too much, the pressure in the accumulator is too high, and the hydraulic oil pressure is not enough to push the cylinder rod upstream to compress nitrogen, the accumulator cannot store energy and the crushing hammer cannot work.
Therefore, if nitrogen is added more or less, the crushing hammer cannot work normally. When nitrogen is added, the pressure gauge must be used to measure the pressure, so that the pressure of the accumulator can be controlled within the normal range and a little adjustment can be made according to the actual operating conditions. In this way, the components can be protected and the working efficiency can be achieved.
The accumulator is a relatively important device. If there is a gap inside the accumulator, nitrogen will leak out, resulting in weak impact of the crusher, and even damage the accumulator's leather bowl for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the inspection when using the crushing hammer. In case of weak strike, please check and repair the filling nitrogen as soon as possible.
